Penobscot Marine Museum has a collection of historic photos with little to no documentation. The Camden Herald is publishing some of these "mystery" photos to see if readers can help add to the museum's information.

Those who have information about the location, structures or people in the photos should email news@courierpublicationsllc.com or write Camden Herald, 113 Washington St., Camden ME, 04843.

That is the Wolfe's float as Paul said. I have serviced that float many times when working for Rockport Marine.

The picture, above. I believe to be the Wolfe's float on the edge of the inner Harbor. As I remember jumping off the diving board as a youngster. They also had a big bell on the top of there cottage, that they would ring, whenever a boat entered the Harbor. That's my take on it anyway. I grew up in Rockport Harbor, along with a whole bunch of kids, wealth, didnot play into the picture back then..Oh the good ole day's Thanks Paul Barrows
