Penobscot Marine Museum has a collection of historic photos with little to no documentation as to when they were taken or by whom. Many are familiar shots in and around Camden Harbor, such as this one.

Those who have further information about the photo should comment online at knox.villagesoup.com, email news@courierpublicationsllc.com or write Camden Herald, 113 Washington St., Camden ME, 04843.

Readers are invited to submit mystery photos of their own as well, either in person at the Camden Herald office or via email.

Probably a little closer to Laite's beach, likely to be the site where our children's house was and is now a home is being built.  There are three old birch trees still there, one of them the one in the picture.  That was the site of the deck house that we owned for 40 years and our children sold last year  The old trees won't last much longer.
