In celebration of Food & Medicine month at Newforest, we will offer a series of three herb walks – the second, third and fourth Thursdays -- followed by dessert and tea made from herbs harvested from our bountiful gardens. Grow your knowledge of plant power by attending all three walks! This first walk will focus on herbs to incorporate into your daily life to remedy stress, fatigue, and other symptoms of modern living.
