June 26, 2012- Sentinel Audio Chat

Audio begins on June 26, 2012 at 2:00 pm EDT.

Do you find yourself sometimes caught off guard by dark, negative thoughts? Or wondered how to break out of feelings of sadness, boredom or despair? Even in the darkest times, the desire for light—feeling unsettled by negativity—points to a constant spiritual compass and beacon within each one of us. Mary Baker Eddy describes it in this way: “the heaving surf of life's troubled sea foams itself away, and underneath is a deep-settled calm.”

Join us for a live Sentinel chat where we explore how natural it is to put off dark thoughts—even bouts of difficult depression by recognizing God’s constant presence, and “the still small voice of calm.” (John Greenleaf Whittier)
