Rockport — Ashwood Waldorf School is hosting an online fundraising auction through Friday, March 14, including a holiday in the south of France; a windjammer cruise; horseback riding lessons; restaurant meals; a CSA share; bodywork sessions galore; and much more. On Saturday, March 15, the school will host a gala event at the Rockport Opera House.

Glow: A Celebration of Light with Music, Food, and Community will begin at 6 p.m. at the village venue. Showcasing music by the Gawler Sisters with Tyler Yentes and Bennett Konesni plus a dance performance by Droplet Dance, the evening also will feature great food, a cash bar, a silent auction and a raffle. All ticket holders will have a chance to win the raffle prize of a gourmet firehouse feast at the Rockland Fire Department, with transport to and from the firehouse in a real fire truck.

The online auction may be found at ashwoodwaldorf.org. Tickets for the Glow gala are $15 in advance; $18 at the door; or $200 for a table of 10. Advance tickets are available at HAV II in Camden, Good Tern in Rockland, Belfast Co-op, Rising Tide in Damariscotta and the Ashwood Waldorf School. Raffle tickets are $5, six for $25.

Ashwood Waldorf School, 180 Park St., offers a stimulating education grounded in the developmental stages of childhood for grades pre-K through 8.
