The Ladies and Leadership of Girl Scout Troop 1160 in Warren recently returned from our first camping trip to Quebec, Canada. While there, we visited the Valcartier Village Waterpark, the Aquarium du Quebec, St. Anne de Beaupre Basilica, and the Changing of the Guard at the Citadel. It was a tremendous opportunity for our Scouts, and we would like to thank our Sponsors and members of the Midcoast community for your support. Without your financial support, we would not have been able to make our trip such a resounding success for those Scouts and family members who attended. Thank you to Faith & Ed LaFlamme of Swift Storage for your continued support, for our new snazzy trailer box for our long-distance trips, and for the use of your facility to hold our yard sales;  the Warren Day Committee, Warren Recreation, Wal-Mart, The Playroom, Andes Variety, O’Hara Ice Company, Dunkin’ Donuts – Thomaston, On The Road Trailers, and to our families and friends.

Thank you all for your support of Scouting in Maine!

Sincerely,

Girl Scout Troop 1160, Warren, Maine
