Free smartphone, device workshop
Rockland — Did you know that 54 percent of smartphone owners check their phone at least once an hour, and 53 percent have admitted to checking it in the bathroom¹?
Smartphones such as the 4G LTE iPhone 5s can do so much to simplify and enhance our lives that people feel lost without them. U.S. Cellular wants to show Rockland area residents all that these devices are capable of so they are able to use them to the fullest.
On Wednesday, June 11, from 7 to 8 p.m. at 725 Main St. in Rockland, U.S. Cellular is offering a free device workshop where current or potential smartphone users can ask questions and learn about any device they are interested in. The workshop is open to everyone, and you don’t have to be a U.S. Cellular customer to attend.
“We want to ensure that every customer knows how to get the most out of their device and has a great wireless experience,” said Matt Kasper, director of sales for U.S. Cellular in New England, in a news release. “At U.S. Cellular, we also understand the importance of having a reliable 4G LTE network so our customers can use their devices where they live, work and play.”
The iOS, Android, Windows Phone and BlackBerry options offered by U.S. Cellular enable customers to transform a smartphone to a device that meets their exact needs. Please call 594-1912 to RSVP to this device workshop.
