Lincolnville — Crossroads Community Baptist Church will host a free family block party Saturday, Aug. 18 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Breezemere Park in Lincolnville Center.

The event will include a bounce house, face painting, a dunk tank, games, balloon animals, sno-cones, refreshments, music, and drawings for prizes. For more information or directions, call Dave Pouchot at 763-3551. The block party will be held rain or shine.

Crossroads Community Baptist Church meets Sundays at Lincolnville Central School. Sunday School (for all ages) begins at 10 a.m. followed by a worship service at 11 a.m.
