Rockland — Frank E. Adriance, 66, of Rockland died peacefully at his home on May 11, 2014.
Frank was born to parents Earl and Ethel Richmond Adrience on Jan. 7, 1948, in Boston , Mass. Frank was educated in the Boston school system and worked various jobs in and around Boston.
He so thoroughly enjoyed his counseling work as he was able to assist other people. His family recalls him as being a hard worker, very compassionate, patient and was always full of life. Frank enjoyed studying divinity and loved to read, especially The Bible. One of his favorite pastimes was sitting on the waterfront watching the boats in the harbor and he enjoyed walking the boardwalk as well.
Frank was a veteran of the United States Army.
Frank was pre-deceased by his parents, his brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife Beebee of Rockland, his son David of Las Vegas, Nev., his daughter Lisa Duprec of Littleton, Mass., as well as his many friends.
A graveside service will take place at The Maine Veterans Cemetery in Augusta, where Frank will be laid to rest June 2 at 9 a.m. with military honors.
