The first annual Owls Head Craft Show featuring fine local crafters and artists will be held at The Owls Head Community Building on Ash Point Drive. (across from the airport). Save the date, Saturday, November 19, 2016 from 9 am until 2 pm.  Admission will be free. The fair will be produced by Linda and Tom Christie and will benefit the Owls Head Garden Club Scholarship Fund   Members from the Garden Club will be present in the kitchen area providing coffee and baked good snacks. Anyone interested in joining the Garden Club can speak to a member there for information and leave your name and phone number.  A couple of tables will be available for sitting while enjoying your coffee.

This is a perfect time to start your Holiday shopping.  Twenty-two Crafters (25 tables) will be stationed on both floors of the Community Building with a large selection of goods. Half of those crafters are from Owls Head; the remainder are all from Knox County towns. Angelica Ross, pictured, has been crafting since 2012 and brings sewn items such as pet toys, and a variety of other unique items.  She also has a line of jewelry all of which is marketed under the name of Smiling Frog Pets.

Another crafter, The Walker Brothers, John, Freddie and Peter, also pictured, are well known in Owls Head, having owned Rosehill Farm on South Shore Dr. near Crescent Beach Road.  They began crafting in 2012 and specialize in hand made benches & stools, nut bowls and mallets.  All the products you see here will be top quality.

We look forward to seeing everyone here at The First Annual Owls Head Craft Show as we start the Holiday Season.
