Feng shui expert to speak at Lincolnville Community Library
Lincolnville — Mary Ellen Ostherr will present a program on Feng Shui and Wellness Wednesday, Nov. 13, at 7 p.m. at the Lincolnville Community Library.
Ostherr will offer an introduction to the Chinese practice of feng shui and its possible connection to overall health. She will focus on the bagua, a feng shui tool used to analyze a home, office, garden or other space, and show how certain areas relate to various aspects of one’s life and parts of the body. She will also address color and placement of items in a particular space and discuss the possible impact of clutter on mental and physical health.
Ostherr has a master’s degree in psychology and is a certified feng shui consultant. She practices in the Midcoast and serves clients throughout the United States.
There will be plenty of time for discussion following the presentation. The library is located at the corner of Heal Road and Main Street in Lincolnville Center. For more information, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
