Families can encounter wildlife at Children's Museum Oct. 22

Rockland — Wildlife Encounters from New Hampshire is visiting the Coastal Children's Museum, 75 Mechanic St. Saturday, Oct. 22, at 11 a.m., and bringing along some live animals. During this one-hour presentation, kids of all ages will meet animals with fur, feathers and scales. Kids will learn about how animals from all around the world can be so different from one another. Come meet seven different unique animals during this educational, family-friendly event.

Tickets for this live animal show are $6 per person for nonmembers and $4 per person for members. Children 2 and under are free. Space is limited, so it is recommended to pre-order tickets.Order tickets by stopping by the museum, or by calling 596-0300 and paying by credit card. This show will take place in the Sail, Power, and Steam Museum, directly above the Coastal Children's Museum.
