Mid-Coast Sail & Power Squadron offers boating course

ROCKPORT — Mid-Coast Sail & Power Squadron is offering a piloting course in February and March. Mid-Coast Sail & Power Squadron is part of the US Power Squadrons, whose mission has been to teach safe boating to the public since 1914.

The course will be held at the Camden Hills Regional High School beginning Wednesday, Feb. 5, from 7 to 9 p.m. The course will run every Wednesday night through the end of March, except for Feb 19, as that is winter break.

Twaddel named to dean's list at Fort Lewis College

DURANGO, COLO. — Maxwell Twaddel, of Camden was named to Fort Lewis College's dean's list for the fall 2013 semester. Twaddel's major is business administration — business administration option .

To be eligible for dean's list, a student must carry a semester GPA of 3.6 or better in no fewer than 15 credit hours of graded college level work and have completed all work for which they are registered by the end of the semester.

Two Camden students named to Ithaca College dean's list

ITHACA, N.Y. — Ithaca College congratulates more than 1,400 students who made the dean's list in the fall 2013 semester. Among them are:

Elizabeth Cox and Anna Grigo, both of Camden.
