Lily Davis was named to the dean’s list at Simmons College in Boston. Lily is a graduate of Camden Hills Regional High School, class of 2009. She is entering her senior year at Simmons this fall. She is the daughter of James and Susan Davis of Camden.
Lauren Jeschke, a rising junior environmental science biology major at Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pa., has been named to the dean’s list for the spring 2012 semester. A graduate of Camden Hills Regional High School, she is the daughter of Thomas and Julie Jeschke of Hope.
NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. — Brittany Dyer of Lincolnville, a senior majoring in political science, earning a perfect 4.0 GPA, was recently named to the Merrimack College spring 2012 semester dean's list.

NEW PALTZ, N.Y. — Madeline Chilton of Camden was named to the dean's list at the State University of New York at New Paltz for the spring 2012 semester.
Babbitt earns Ph.D.
Laura Babbitt, formerly of Camden, received her Ph.D. in psychology from Tufts University on May 20. As a doctoral student she was honored with a Provost Fellowship and a Clara Mayo Grant.
Dr. Babbitt is the daughter of Jane and Tom Babbitt of Camden. She is the granddaughter of Mary Glennie, also of Camden.
A 1999 graduate of Camden-Rockport High School, she received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wellesley College in 2003, summa cum laude. Dr. Babbitt has accepted a position as a researcher on a UN-sponsored project examining gender equality in Indonesia. She and her husband, Michael Lampert, live in Boston.
Phillips Exeter Academy
EXETER, N.H. — Brooks C. Saltonstall, a ninth-grade student, earned honors for the spring 2012 term at Phillips Exeter Academy. Brooks, of Rockport, is the son of Elizabeth C. Saltonstall.
Saint Joseph’s College of Maine
Saint Joseph’s College of Maine will host Summer Day, an open house for prospective high school students and their families, Friday, Aug. 10 at its lakeside campus in southern Maine. The day runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and features a campus tour, lunch and information sessions on admissions, financial aid, student life and academics.
