Karen Hardy of Westfield, Mass., will ride 500 miles along the coast of Maine to publicize the efforts of Educate Malawi, a small nonprofit organization that helps the people of Malawi further their education. Hardy and her bicycle will visit the Camden Public Library for an illustrated talk on Malawi. Educate Malawi provides educational resources to the children of Malawi, Africa, in the form of educational scholarships, supplies and classroom building construction. FMI: educate-malawi.org.
