THANK YOU FOR 40 WICKED GOOD YEARS!!  We have enjoyed serving the physical therapy needs in the mid-coast area of our beautiful state!!  We have weathered all sorts of changes in our private physical therapy practice.   We are SO PROUD of having been chosen by you as Best of the Best for 9 out of 10 years!   So many of you have become dear friends, people we care about!

As all good things come to an end; so does the business called Downeast Rehabilitation. We are closing our doors on August 15!!   Dick has retired and is consumed by a new passion, "mini-boats" and the development of Educational Passages.  Check out the website:  and see what all the excitement is about.  I suspect many of you have heard him talk about it as your quads were being stretched, or whatever.

We will let you know where Mark Lewis, MPT, our chief PT, will hang his shingle next as soon as we know.  Laura, PTA, will be welcoming her new baby soon, and will be back in the work force after Christmas.  Our valued employees who made Downeast Rehab hum will find their way.  We have valued their work ethic and devotion to you and to us!

We look forward to seeing you around town!   Rosemary and Dick Baldwin
