Windsor, Conn. — Douglas Webber, 74, passed away Sept. 8, 2013 in Windsor, Conn. He was born July 23, 1939, in Rumford.
Douglas is survived by his daughter Nichole Davis, of Glastonbury, Conn.; his two brothers, Paul Webber of LaFarge, Wis. and Ronald Fairbrother of Casco; and his sister Suzanne Myers of Warren. He is also survived by his two grandchildren Amber Watrous and Kevin Luce. Douglas is predeceased by his daughter Lisa Watrous.
He worked as a golf course superintendent at Banner Lodge in Moodus and Glastonbury Hills Country Club in Glastonbury. Prior to retiring he worked at Streckfus Company in Rocky Hill.
A memorial service will be celebrated Tuesday, Sept. 17, at 10 a.m. at Mulryan Funeral Home, 725 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury. Friends may call Monday, Sept. 16, from 5 to 7p.m.
