Kristen Start of Camden had 13" of hair cut off for Locks of love at Visual Changes Salon in Rockland on Tuesday by Karen Grierson.. This is the 4th time Kristen has grown her hair to donate since 2004. Locks of Love collects donated hair to make wigs for children with cancer.
