Camden — Cynthia S. Seefahrt, 67, of Camden passed away Sunday, Feb. 9, 2014.

She was the mother of Nicole Crockett, Erin Hufnagel and the late Dan Seefahrt; and was the grandmother of Michael, Marshal, Matthew and Beau, all of Camden.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. If desired, memorial gifts may be made to Kno-Wal-Lin, 170 Pleasant St., Rockland, ME 04841.

Condolences and memories may be shared with the Seefarht family at longfuneralhomecamden.com. Arrangements are with the Long Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 9 Mountain St., Camden.

Cynthia was an extraordinary lady….professionally and personally. Everyone who knew her, in whatever degree or capacity, was made better for it.  I am so grateful that she reached out to me and I am deeply sorry to her family and friends for her loss.
