CPR and First Aid for Community and Work at MCST Adult Ed Rockland

This one-day CPR and Basic First Aid course is based on the American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) standards. This class will teach students basic CPR skills, automated external defibrillator (AED) use and foreign body airway obstructions management. It will also show students how to provide an assessment and interventions with minimal medical equipment to help the patient until more qualified medical personnel arrive. Any student who successfully completes this course will be issued an ASHI certificate card. Course fee is $125; registration ends May 29. Call, stop by during day-student hours or register online.
