Rockland — Owners of a Camden Street condominium have submitted plans to the city to add a five-bay parking garage for residents.

The proposed structure, owned by Thompson & Cosgrove, LLC, will be located on the Belyea Avenue side of the building and the current parking area will be converted to landscaping, according to the code office.

The Planning Board is expected to review the request at its Tuesday, Sept. 9 meeting.

Thompson & Cosgrove, LLC began the renovation of the single family home at 220 Camden St. into five high-end condominiums in February 2013. The units feature luxury finishes such as hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and gas fireplaces. All five units are listed for sale by Jaret & Cohn Real Estate, with prices ranging from $279,500 to $339,500.
