Frank and Rebecca Maltais are proud to announce the birth of their son Carter West Maltais on Oct. 15, 2012, at 5:18 p.m. He was born at Elliot Hospital in Manchester, N.H.

Carter weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.
