Careers in energy services information session Feb. 21

Rockland — A free informational session on careers in energy services will be offered by Women, Work and Community at the Rockland CareerCenter on Thursday, Feb. 21, from 10 a.m. to noon. The program is open to both women and men of all ages and backgrounds.

If considering a career in trades and technology, join in to learn more about the Energy Services and Technology program at Kennebec Valley Community College. This new associate in applied science degree program is the first of its kind in Maine to offer plumbing, HVAC, solid fuel, geothermal, and solar heating in one comprehensive program. Come hear about the KVCC admission process and financial aid. Learn about careers, wages, and future job opportunities in this growing field. KVCC classes begin in fall 2013.
