Camden — Camden kicked off its seasonal celebration with its Christmas by the Sea events running from Dec. 5-8.

Residents lined Elm Street on the evening of Friday, Dec. 6 to watch the annual parade, which included a procession of floats representing local businesses, nonprofit organizations, fire departments and emergency responders. The weather was clear and cool as the parade began, making its way through town.

Popular events included "A Walk Through Bethlehem," at Chestnut Street Baptist Church and Santa presiding at the Community Tree-Lighting Ceremony in Harbor Park.
