Business, community leaders honored in Union

Union — The annual dinner of the Union Area Chamber of Commerce sponsored by Tidewater Telecom was held Thursday, March 20.

At this years well-attended dinner, awards were presented to the Business of the Year, Sweetgrass Farm Winery & Distillery, Special recognition to Muriel Heath, who was recognized for her many many years of service to the community and participation in volunteer activities which benefits the community, Volunteer of the Year, Lyle Cramer and Non-Profit of the Year, the Washington Historical Society.
