Burglary spree among Knox County grand jury indictments

Rockland — The Knox County grand jury handed up 55 indictments Feb. 13 after three days of deliberation, including 27 charges against Ricky Block, 46, of Tenants Harbor.

Block's myriad of charges include 10 counts of burglary, 14 counts of theft by unauthorized taking, a single count of criminal mischief, one count of violating conditions of release and one count of possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.

A collaborative effort by the Knox County Sheriff's Office, the Thomaston Police Department and the Rockland Police Department resulted in Block's arrest in October 2012. Block had stolen "thousands" of items, Thomaston Police Chief Kevin Haj previously said.

Block was released from jail, stole again, and was arrested for a second time in November.

Block is currently at Knox County Jail.

A Rockport man was charged with 10 counts of unlawful sexual contact with a child under the age of 12.

Erik L. Vultee, 43, was also charged with a count of gross sexual assault, one count of visual sexual aggression against a child, one count of sexual misconduct with a child and one count of unlawful sexual touching.

Vultee's charges range incidents that took place between June 2009 to December 2011  and all involve the same female victim.

Other indictments include:

Xavier Daniels, 21, of Rockland was charged with count of criminal threatening and one count of having a concealed weapon.

Jason L. Strout, 30, of Chelsea was charged with one count of burglary and one count of theft by unauthorized taking.

Leann Thivierge, 34, of Rockport was charged with one count of stealing drugs, three counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, and one count of receiving stolen property.

Christopher M. Donohoe, 27, of Hope was charged with one count of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and one count of possession or distribution of dangerous knives.

Cassandra J. Blalock, 20, of Lincolnville was charged with one count of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Kenneth E. MacDonald, 44, of Rockland was charged with one count of aggravated unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs and one count of unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs.

Kenneth A. St. Pierre, 27, of Nobleboro was charged with one count of theft by unauthorized taking.

Michael D. D'Angelo, 33, of Acton was charged with one count of failure to appear.

Barbara R. White, 21, of Washington was charged with one count of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Jason Cockerline, 35, of Rockport was charged with one count of aggravated assault.

Daniel S. Boyce, 38, of Warren was charged with two counts of burglary, two counts of violating a condition of release, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking, one count of unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, and one count of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Shane Parker, 26, of Peaks Island was charged with one count of trafficking in prison contraband and two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

David Angelo Parker, 43, Maine State Prison in Warren, was charged with two counts of trafficking in prison contraband and two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Paul Joseph Schlosser, 27, Maine State Prison, was charged with assaulting an officer.

Nicholas Scott Currier, 25, Maine State Prison, was charged with two counts of trafficking in prison contraband and one count of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Earl E. Moore III, 42, Maine State Prison, was charged with one count of trafficking in prison contraband and one count of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Roscoe Burleigh Sargent, 39, Maine State Prison, was charged with aggravated assault.

Richard A. Stahursky, 34, Maine State Prison, was charged with trafficking in prison contraband.

David R. Beal, 41, Maine State Prison, was charged with aggravated assault.

Shawn D. Emerson, 44, of Thomaston was charged with one count of criminal operating under the influence, one count of refusing to submit to arrest, one count of disorderly conduct and one count of operating beyond license condition or restriction.

Nathan E. Cowing, 30, of Camden was charged with one count of burglary and one count of theft by unauthorized taking.

Adam R. Doherty, 28, of Rockland was charged with one count of theft by unauthorized taking and one count of misuse of identification.

Aaron J. Heald, 34, of Rockland was charged with one count of unlawful sexual contact and one count of furnishing liquor to a minor.

Jacob A. Crawford, 29, of Rockport was was charged with one count of operating after revocation.

Christopher Henry, 32, of Bucksport was charged with one count of negotiating a worthless instrument.

Stephan T. Norton, 31, of Shrewsbury, Mass. was charged with one count of robbery, one count of theft by unauthorized taking and two counts of stealing drugs.

Lyle W. Morris, 40, of Tenants Harbor was charged with one count of possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, one count of unlawful possession of schedule drugs, and fraudulently obtaining or possessing a license or permit.

Zachary Underhill, 35, of Warren, was charged with one count of aggravated cultivation of marijuana.

Christopher Donohoe, 27, of Hope was charged with three counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs.

David Libby, 42, of Warren, was charged with one count of trafficking in prison contraband and one count of trafficking tobacco in an adult correctional facility.

Jason Delano, 32, of Warren was charged with aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs.

Gresham Williams, 36, of Thomaston was charged with one count of aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs.

Hieth Chann, 28, of Washington was charged with one count of cultivation of marijuana and one count of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Allaura Elliott, 23, of Union was charged with two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs.

Ricky Seekins, 41, of Brooks was charged with one count of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs.

Ronald Watkins, 44, of Northport was charged with one count of unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and one count of criminal forfeiture.

Shawn Jones, 25, of Warren was charged with one count of cultivation of marijuana and two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Arianna MacDougall, 29, of Somerville was charged with one count of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and one count of criminal forfeiture.

Benjamin S. Ten Broeck, 34, of Liberty was charged with one count of unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.

Christopher Curtis, 43, of Port Clyde was charged with one count of cultivation of marijuana and one count of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Edwin Benito, 30, of Warren was charged with two counts of aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs.

Katrina Oakes, 30, of Rockland was charged with one count of aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs.

Corey Conway, 42, of Rockland was charged with one count of aggravated trafficking in synthetic hallucinogenic drugs, one count of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and one count of unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenic drugs.

Desiree Capizzano, 28, of Rockland was charged with unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenic drugs.

Jeffrey Pease, 41, of Union was charged with two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs.

Kendall Ross, 28, of Rockland was charged with one count of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and one count of unlawful possession of hallucinogenic drugs.

Michael Willis, 29, of South Thomaston was charged with one count of robbery, one count of aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs, one count of stealing drugs and one count of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Brandon E. Kavanagh, 27, of Warren was charged with one count of operating after revocation and one count of improper plates.

Charles A. Stone, 41, of Waldoboro was charged with one count of driving to endanger and one count of operating a defective motor vehicle.
