Rockland — Artist-painted Fender guitars and drumheads will be on view downtown during the First Friday art walk July 5.

North Atlantic Blues Festival co-founder Paul Benjamin has worked with Asymmetrick Arts owner Jared Cowan to create the unusual musical/visual arts collaboration to commemorate the 20th North Atlantic Blues Festival, July 13 and 14 in Harbor Park, and to benefit the soon-to-be-built Blues Hall of Fame in Memphis. Proceeds from sale of the guitars and drumheads go to the Hall.

A selection of the instruments may be viewed during the art walk at Endeavour Home, 415 Main St., which is two doors down from Asymmetrick. For more information about the upcoming festival, visit northatlanticbluesfestival.com.
