Bereavement group begins April 22 in Rockland

Apr 17, 2014

Rockland — Coastal Family Hospice Volunteers is forming a peer support group for anyone experiencing the loss of a loved one. The group is open to the community at large as well as families of hospice patients. Many people find that gathering together in this way can be helpful and healing.

The 8-week group will meet in Rockland from 4 to 6 p.m. on Tuesdays, April 22 through June 10. There is no charge for participation, but preregistration is required.  For more information about the group and the location, please contact Sandy Yakovenko, 372-6322, or Barbara Spalding, 236-3056.

Coastal Family Hospice works with Kno-Wal-Lin Home Care and Hospice to provide volunteer support for its hospice patients and their families in Knox and Lincoln Counties.
