A benefit supper and raffle will be held at the Peoples United Methodist Church in South Thomaston for Pete Ames. Ames had a brain tumor removed Aug. 21 and will be going through treatment. Donations will be accepted for the meal. Menu includes lobster stew, lasagna, rolls, salad bar, variety of desserts.
