Troy Howard Middle School (THMS) Garden Project students painted these poster-sized acrylic replicas of antique seed packets, and made their own frames. These are on display in the Belfast Co-op Café for the month of May.

The THMS Garden Project is dedicated to integrating the curriculum with the garden, greenhouse and surrounding landscape.  Most of the work is done by the students in the Ecology Academy but all THMS students participate.

All are welcome at the community-owned Belfast Co-op, open 7:30am-8pm daily, at 123 High Street in downtown Belfast; (207) 338-2532, www.belfast.coop.
