Allagash ranger tells his ‘Tails’

Thomaston — Tim Caverly, author of seven books including "Allagash Tails," "Wilderness Wildlife" and his new "The Ranger and the Reporter," will share stories of his experiences of the Allagash, where deer, moose and loon abound, Monday, Oct. 24, at 6:30 p.m. at Thomaston Public Library.

Caverly will tell about his life as a ranger supervisor while living in and on the wild and scenic river, the Allagash. This event is free and open to the public. The author will have books available for purchase.

The library is located in the Thomaston Academy building, 60 Main St./Route 1. Parking is available in the rear of the building and there is elevator access. For more information, contact the library at 354-2453.
