My name is Greg Kilgore. My family roots are in North Central Pennsylvania and over 200 years of dairy farming.

I served in the U. S. Air Force as an Electronic Intelligence Analyst and recently retired from the Federal Government (Depts of Labor, Commerce, Interior and Defense.)Assignments ranged from spacecraft operations to information technology and the SR-71 reconnaissance aircraft.

One of my more enjoyable experiences was working on a NASA contract "flying" Landsats 2 and 3. Landsats are the Earth Resources Technology Satellites. My responsiblities included computer configurations for uplink commanding and downlink handling and processing of telemetry data. The data included Return Beam Vidicon (Photo) and Multi Spectural Scanner (color analysis) for detecting crop disease, water pollution, etc. Great memories!

I have lived in the MidCoast Maine region for the past 25 years. With the arrival of my grandson in November 2002 I am joined by four generations.
