Ginny has been a full-time real estate broker serving the southern York County area for over 23 years. Her experiences have honed her skills in all aspects of residential real estate to the benefit of her buyer and seller clients. Although new to Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty, Ginny has been affiliated with the Sotheby’s brand for over two decades and has a thorough knowledge of the York-Kittery-Eliot-Ogunquit area where she has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer as well as a top producer. 

Originally from Duxbury, MA, Ginny attended Wheaton College, majoring in French, before transferring to Tufts University where she completed her BA cum laude with a double major in French and Elementary Education. Prior to entering the real estate profession, Ginny was a substitute teacher and preschool teacher in the Kittery-York area. She has lived in York, Maine for nearly three decades where she raised her family. 

Ginny’s strong work ethic, years of experience, training and knowledge of the real estate business have given her a competitive edge when representing both buyers and sellers. In order to better serve her clients, Ginny has furthered her real estate skills by attaining the certification of e-PRO (a real estate professional who understands the importance of technology in the business). She is one of only about fifteen e-PROs in York County. To complement her professional designations, Ginny is also an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and holds the Graduate Realtors’ Institute (GRI) designation. In addition, understanding the importance of the internet in today’s market, Ginny completed a Virtual Assistant course to round out her technology and internet skills.
