20th Waldoboro antique show benefits Medomak land trust
Waldoboro — The Waldoboro Antique Sale and Show celebrates its 20th year Sunday, Oct. 6 at the Medomak Valley High School, Manktown Road, Waldoboro.
The show will benefit the Medomak Valley Land Trust. The land trust has been working for more than 20 years to preserve and promote the natural, recreational and scenic character and traditional land uses of the Medomak River watershed.
The show draws 60 of the top area antique dealers and is a destination for buyers and sellers alike. This will be a very diverse sale and show with dealers exhibiting antique furniture, jewelery, toys, paintings, folk art, prints and a vast assortment of other antique collectibles. The land trust will also have a booth with donated items from their supporters.
There will be a full café available on the premises, serving seafood chowder, salmon burgers, crab rolls, sandwiches and much more.
Come and support the Medomak Valley Land Trust and the participating antique dealers. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission is $5 per person and children under the age of 12 are admitted free.
