2014 Race Weekend support cancer survivor program

Jun 23, 2014

Rockport — Fighting cancer is a cause that is easy to rally around because it affects us all. Encourage a cancer survivor, a co-worker, family member or even get a team together from work to walk.

All proceeds from the Race Weekend will support LIVESTRONG at the YMCA program for adult cancer survivors as well as other community health initiatives.

Register now for the Run Strong 5K Saturday, July 12 to be held at the Camden Snow Bowl. The 5K race begins at 10 a.m., followed by a Celebration Cookout and Silent Auction. This year, the Hope Tri will start at 8:30 a.m. at the Camden Snow Bowl. For more information contact the Y at 236-3375 or visit penbayymca.org.
