FAA completes preliminary report on Aug. 29 plane crash

Rockland — The Federal Aviation Administration has issued a preliminary report on the Aug. 29 plane crash in South Thomaston. Pilot William Hamilton received minor injuries in the crash of the Cessna single-engine aircraft.
