Also known as "Joe for Oil", we are happy to be participating in this program for the 4th year. Here's some important information to apply for assistance:

One time delivery of 100 gallons, FREE
Application deadline: February 2011

A voucher will be sent to you by Citizens Energy, if approved, which will need to be presented to the driver at the time of delivery. Make sure you give Citizens Energy your mailing address as well as your physical address.

They are not accepting applications on-line this year so the call volume is enormous. Please keep trying to get through to their number.

Their hours of operation: Monday through Friday 7AM - 7PM.
