The Hartstone Inn and Hideaway has fourteen elegant guestrooms and two intimate dining rooms, seating a maximum of twenty guests. After 12 years of experience in the Luxury Hotel Industry, we chose to keep the restaurant small enough to provide a consistently high level of guest service and food quality. Our seasonal dinner menus are five course prix fixe, $45 per person and incorporate local ingredients (freshly caught seafood, gathered wild mushrooms, locally made goat cheese, vegetables and herbs from the Inn garden). We keep a log of every dinner guest and note the menu items they have on each visit, in an attempt to prevent duplicating a menu from a previous visit. We also take into consideration allergies and personal preferences gathered from the guests when the dinner reservation is made.
