Plan Now to visit Rockland and join us for our 2nd Annual Maine Lighthouse Museum Celebration Weekend! This year's event will be held on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, July 27-29th at the museum which is located at One Park Drive in Beautiful Downtown Rockland.
We will kick off this special weekend with a JOHN MOCK CONCERT on Friday evening. If you have never been to one of John's concerts, you owe it to yourself to come and enjoy this one! Tickets are only $12 and will be available at the door.
On Saturday, starting at 11:00 am we will be holding a Great Craft Fair with Christmas Ornaments, Dried Flower Arrangements, Knitted Hats, Hand-painted Artwork and Custom Crafts.. These beautiful items will be demonstrated and sold by the Maine Lights Collection, Mary Carver, Linda Graham and Linda Sherlock. During the same time period we'll be having a Book Signing with several local authors, including noted Children's Author Angeli Perrow.
Beginning at 5:00 pm we will be holding a gigantic live auction with many lighthouse and maritime related items up for you to bid on!
On Sunday, July 29th, we will be holding a lunch/dinner and an interesting presentation by THE FLYING SANTA OF THE LIGHTHOUSES - A Must See! We will update this brief when more details become available. You may follow us on Facebook or check out our website at:http://www.mainelighthousemuseum.org

The museum is temporarily closed but will re-open on Tuesday, February 21st for the remainder of school vacation week. Once vacation week is over the museum will revert back to its normal winter schedule of Thursday & Friday 9 am-5 pm and Saturday 10 am-4 pm. The Summer Schedule starts on June 1st.
