Pen Bay Medical Center is sponsoring a Blood Drive on January 30, 2012 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The drive will be held at Pen Bay Medical Center in the Physicians Building, Conference rooms C and D.

The drive is open to the public. You must have a photo ID at the time of donation, as you will not be able to donate without one. Appointments are recommended but persons who wish to donate without an appointment will be accommodated as time and staff allow. Appointments can be made by calling Pen Bay Medical Center’s Blood Bank at 596-8770, or the American Red Cross at 1-800 GIVE LIFE (800-448-3543).

In addition, the American Red Cross has partnered with Dunkin’ Donuts again this year in this "Give a Pint, Get a Pound" campaign. You will receive a coupon to receive a free pound of Dunkin’ Donuts Coffee when you help save lives by donating blood.

All blood types are needed.
