Thomaston Cafe & Peter Ott's story in Maine Food & Lifestyle this issue

By Thomaston Cafe | Nov 23, 2010

Read about the connection between these two well known restaurants that have been in the area for 20 years and 34 years.  Thomaston Cafe opened in 1990 for Breakfast and Lunch.  There were very few restaurants in the Rockland Thomaston area at the time.

The business flourished over the years as Herbert Peters put in place his unique menus and quality product.  His son Peter began working there at the age of 12 and over the years washed dishes, prepared food, cooked, waited on tables.  In 2006 he acquired the well known Peter Ott's Restaurant in Camden which has been a success.

Come visit both restaurants and see for yourself.
