Union — The Thompson Community Center is excited to announce a new day program for adults and seniors. The program begins Wednesday, November 4th at 10 a.m. That day will be an orientation day to hear from participants as to what activities and programs would be beneficial to them. If transportation is an issue, we’ll do out best to make arrangements to get you to the Center and back home. With enough interest, we’ll open the Center from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Jackie Perrin is the contact person for this program and she would love to here from you before Nov. 4th with ideas, thoughts and needs. Some of the things we’re considering are:

hobbies, social groups, book groups, knitting, quilting, handyman subjects, speakers or educational topics, computers, how to avoid scams, blood pressure clinics. Demonstrations these are just ideas to get you thinking about things you would like to do, but have no one or place to do them……, but we want to hear from YOU!
